Delivery arrangements:
• Enjoy free shipping with purchases of $500 or more.If you require delivery on a specified day or time, please indicate it in the remark when placing the order, you will need to pay the delivery charges.
• All goods will be kept in refrigerated trucks during delivery;
• Delivery can be arranged for the next day if the order is placed before 4:00 every day.
• Delivery times are generally from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 10pm.
• An additional $20 shipping fee is required for remote areas:
Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lantau South (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo; Pui O, etc.)
• Delivery service is not available in the following areas, please forgive me.
North District - Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Sou and Luk Keng
Yuen Long District - Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan and Lok Ma Chau
Tuen Mun District - Lung Kwu Tan
Tai Po District - Lien O and Plover Cove
Sai Kung District - Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O and Tai Miu
Shatin District - Sheung/Hao Che and Fa Sing Hang
Outlying Islands Areas - (Including but not limited to: Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau, Po Toi Island, Tap Mun, Kat O, Tung Ping Chau
• The deliveryman will call you before leaving the car on the day to inform you of the approximate delivery time. Please make sure the phone can be answered normally. If you wait more than fifteen minutes, the driver will leave and the rescheduling fee will be $100.
• Our company is not responsible if the delivery date and time is affected due to the incorrect address provided by the customer. If the delivery needs to be rescheduled, the delivery fee will be $100.
• If the weather is bad and the Observatory announces the hoisting of Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the delivery service will be arranged separately. Please understand.
• If the purchase is less than $500, shipping fee will be charged according to different regions. It is $50 in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, and $70 in remote areas.
